By purchasing a ticket to Prototype, you agree to step boldly into a world of art, fashion, and zero take-backs. All ticket sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or do-overs, no matter how much your dog eats your outfit or Mercury goes retrograde. Your ticket is an irrevocable license to enter our event on the specified date and time, and cannot be resold above face value without written consent (we see you, scalpers). Prototype reserves the right to change programming, artists, or seating arrangements without notice—because creativity thrives on surprises. By attending, you assume all risk associated with being dazzled by fashion, hypnotized by art, or photographed looking fabulous. Ontario law governs this agreement, and your purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Remember: inspiration is not refundable—but it is also unforgettable. Please make sure you can make the date before purchasing. And, of course, things happen. Tickets can be transferred to another person if you aren’t able to attend. But please make us aware of the change so we can enter it in our system.
